Hilton Lodge is a beautiful family home, in a magnificent parkland setting, secluded but not isolated and just 35 miles from Inverness with its airport and station. It is at the head of Strathglass, one of the most beautiful glens in the Highlands. Two of Scotland's highest waterfalls are a short walk from the house, and the famously wild and beautiful Glen Affric is just over the hill. The historic Guisachan Estate has been host to many distinguished visitors, including Prime Minister Gladstone and Churchill. The writers Anthony Trollope and Iris Murdoch both based scenes in their novels on the estate.

There are golf courses at Aigas Muir of Ord and Royal Dornoch. There are a wide variety of activities for the sportsman, golfer, walker, rider, birdwatcher, botanist or anyone who enjoys being in one of the most unspoilt areas in Europe.

Situated on a 4,500 acre private estate with scenery ranging from elegant parkland to wild mountains, Hilton Lodge provides a warm and comfortable place for a relaxing holiday. There are two four-poster bedrooms with fine views and the 35ft long drawing room is spacious and light. There is a well-stocked library and games room with table tennis. Included in the rental is fishing on two large hill lochs with boats, a lochan by the house with a boat, and there is a spate burn bordering the park. There is stalking in spectacular scenery from September and clay pigeon shooting by arrangement. Pets by arrangement.
