Strathglass is situated in the North West Highlands, some 30 miles from the Highland capital - the City of Inverness. The main areas of settlement are the villages of Cannich, Tomich and Struy. By car, visitors have two main approaches from the south. You may take the A82 via Fort William to Drumnadrochit where you join the A831 towards Cannich. Alternatively, take the A9 to Inverness, then south on the A82 to Drumnadrochit and onwards as above. You may also travel from Inverness to Beauly via the A862 and then join the A831. |
